Do You Accept Custom Orders?

Yes, we love custom orders for your special events. Weddings, birthday parties, business meetings, client appreciation, bar mitzvahs, fashion shows, theme parties… you name it. For more information please contact us with details for a custom quote.

Please allow 48 hours for custom orders. Your order will always be prepared fresh the day of to ensure maximum freshness and quality but sometimes we need time to create custom toppings, pick up customer ingredients and efficient time to plan delivery.

Are you donuts Allergy, Gluten Free, Vegan.

Currently our donuts are not available in Gluten free or Vegan options.

Our delicious donuts may contain eggs, milk, dairy products, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, happiness sprinkles, and/or soy.

We do use some nut products in our speciality toppings are there is a possibility of cross contamination so please eat at your own risk.

Do You Offer Fresh Local Delivery

Yes, if you are near the Leduc, Nisku or South Edmonton area you can use Skip The Dishes any time to order fresh donuts directly to you.

We also offering catering services where our staff will be happy to set up a donut wall, donut table displays, donut trees and even a giant donut photo station (all at a small additional fee).

For your special occasion or event deliveries where you only need product that is not a problem either with at least 48 hours notice. A small delivery fee is applicable.

Can You Ship Your Delicious Treats To Me?

Unfortunately we do not ship our product. We pride ourselves on quality and freshness. Donuts should be enjoyed within 6-10 hours for maximum freshness and within a few hours for custom topping donuts. We do not recommend waiting till tomorrow to enjoy your donuts as the freshness will be compromised.

Can I Cancel or Modify My Custom Order

Yes, you can cancel up to 48 hours before your pickup/delivery date. Please email us at happiness@serendipitydonuts.com to cancel or modify your order. Our custom orders department is not located on site so it is best to email us. Thank you for understanding.

Sorry no refunds for no shows or orders cancelled less than 48 hours ahead of time.

I Own A Business And Want To Provide Donuts To My Clients Can I Order In Bulk?

Yes, we have the technology and ability to provide your business with flash frozen donuts. Choose from our OG Original Glazed Donuts, Chocolate Iced Donuts, Chocolate Ring Donuts, Fritters, or Chocolate Iced Long Johns. Available in 12 packs or by the case. Store your case in a freezer and when ready to use allow 30 minutes to thaw before serving. Our flash freeze process maintains maximum freshness of the donuts until you are ready to use them.
